1.Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Pink Mint Professional's online store! All returns must comply with the return procedure set forth below, whether purchased online, by phone or in the salon. All returned items must be in new/unused condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories (if applicable).
Please inspect your order for accuracy within 10 days of receiving it. If any inaccuracies are found we will rectify them within the timeframe and the item(s) need to be shipped back within 14 days of receipt.
No refunds will be issued after 14 days of receipt and must be unopened and in the original packaging.
No return will be accepted without prior authorization. Please call Pink Mint Professional @ 587-290-3234, or email info@pinkmintpro.com. You are responsible for the shipping to return the items unless an error was made by Pink Mint Professional. In that situation, Pink Mint Professional will cover the shipping cost.
2.Sale Products
Regular priced items may be returned. Sale items and discontinued items are unfortunately unable to be returned.
3. Delivery Confirmation
Once delivery confirmation becomes available, Pink Mint Professional is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate address and contact information. All shipments require a signature for delivery for your protection. Please ensure you have items delivered to a location where you will be able to sign for the package.
4.Damages
Pink Mint Professional is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items in transit. Be sure to fully inspect your products upon delivery. If you believe your item was damaged during transit, please contact Pink Mint Professional @ 587-290-3234 or email at info@pinkmintpro.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please send us photos of damaged merchandise so we may place a claim on your behalf. For quality control reasons you will have to return any damaged items and packaging to Pink Mint Professional.
5.Exchanges
Pink Mint Professional must be notified by phone 587-290-3234, or email info@pinkmintpro.com within 14 business days of receipt of your merchandise to grant an exchange. Orders over 14 days old are non-returnable or refundable. Return shipping fees apply. Once your item has been inspected, you will receive an email regarding your exchange including a merchandise credit voucher to be applied to your next purchase. All items need to be returned within 14 days of receipt. No exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization. Items must be in unopened and in the original packaging.
