To be used before applying eyelash extensions.  Pre Treatment removes excessive oils from around the clients lashes before eyelash application.  This product has a fine brush for application.  

*To avoid cross contamination between clients, Eye Candy recommends using a micro brush and dipping in the container only 1 time then discarding the micro brush*
